SteelCloud Selected as One of the Suppliers on a Multi-Year $85 Million IT Services IDIQ Contract

SteelCloud, Inc. (Nasdaq: SCLD), a leading integrator of network-centric, embedded computing appliances, and professional services today announced that it has been selected as one of the technical services suppliers for the Core Supplier of IT Consulting Services to the Federal Employee Program (FEP) of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association (BCBSA).

Although this contract does not guarantee a specific level of revenue, SteelCloud is one of a select number of suppliers that will bid to provide both deliverable-based project services as well as technical staff augmentation in support of a multitude of the BCBSA's key information technology initiatives. The total multi-year IDIQ (Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery) contract is estimated to be valued at $85 million including exercised options.

"We have a long standing relationship with the Association in the areas of network support, migration, and project management," said Brian Hajost, SteelCloud CEO and President. "Our track record of success in supporting their unique needs, as evidenced by the award of this multi-year contract, positions SteelCloud as a key partner in providing a larger scope of information technology services to BCBSA. We are well positioned to effectively compete for our share of this important $85 million contract."
