During the past 15 years, Tilden has held senior leadership roles in three Philadelphia, PA area companies. From 1994-1996, he was a senior executive with Alco Standard (now known as Ikon Office Solutions). Alco was a Fortune 500 office products and distribution company based in Wayne, PA. He then joined InterDigital Communications, where he was a member of the senior executive team of that King of Prussia-based wireless technology developer for 10 years. He served as the company's Chief Operating Officer from 2001-2005. More recently, he led a multi-million dollar fitness and wellness business in West Chester as its general manager.
