Aon Consulting, the global human capital consulting organization of Aon Corp., said that Eugene Oppo has been named senior vice president and retirement practice leader of the northeast region.
Oppo will help build a retirement team in the Northeast region for Aon Consulting and will manage the business, financial and operational aspects of their retirement programs. A specific focus will be on retirement and executive benefit needs for Aon Consulting's law firm clients.
Prior to joining Aon Consulting, Oppo was a worldwide partner at Mercer. There, he worked with Fortune 100 clients and law firms in redesigning pension, retiree medical and defined contribution programs.
Aon Corp. is the largest broker in the world based on 2008 brokerage revenue, according to Best's Review's ranking of top global brokers.
