JMT Consulting Group to Acquire Lavine BMC Technologies

JMT Consulting Group, a leading consulting firm serving nonprofits, today announced they will acquire the technology division of LBMC, Lavine BMC Technologies, a value added reseller supporting the nonprofit community.

"Each acquisition JMT Consulting Group completes enables us to move one step closer to being the leading resource for nonprofits," said Jacqueline Tiso, CEO and founder of JMT Consulting Group. "We are thrilled industry veteran, Pat Lavine and his company, Lavine BMC Technologies is now part of the JMT family."

Lavine BMC Technologies, based in Brownsville, Texas, has been supporting the nonprofit community with software consulting for over 15 years. This new acquisition brings 300+ clients to JMT Consulting Group.

Mr. Lavine will be joining the executive team at JMT Consulting Group as a Regional Vice President supporting the company in developing new lines of business. He will be working very closely with Kent Hollrah, President of JMT Consulting Group.
