Tech Global Partners, Inc., a services organization focused on providing assistance to technology organizations and end users in the retail and hospitality industries, has agreed to acquire the assets of Consumer Consulting, LLC, Advisors to retailers and consumer goods companies, effective today.
The acquisition of Consumer Consulting extends Tech Global Partners' service offerings to include business strategy, performance improvement, and consumer intelligence and insights. Consumer Consulting has demonstrated a core competency in assisting clients with improving existing retail operations and creating new environments for their customers. Consumer Consulting has served many successful and dynamic retail brands like Calloway's Nursery, Guitar Center, Bose, American Music Group, Copeland Sports and Kal-Tire.
Consumer Consulting was co-founded by retail industry consultants, Peter Franczak and Anthony Latona. After experience as both retailers and Big-Five industry consultants, Messrs Franczak and Latona co-founded the firm in 2000. Both Messrs Franczak and Latona will join Tech Global Partners in senior management roles.
