E5 Systems Inc. is pleased to announce that a 20-year veteran in the Information Technology industry, Ray Firsching, will join their staff as E5 Systems' new Vice-President of Sales and Marketing.

An executive with a broad range of expertise in the financial services, telecommunications, healthcare, energy and IT industries, Firsching has led teams at CSC, Perot Systems and EDS where he received extensive experience in outsourcing, consulting, and IT services. His expertise in web-based solutions allows strong market identification and he specializes in account development and management.

"Customer needs are the driving force of our business," Firsching said when discussing his new role at E5 Systems. "This company has such a strong track record in delivering high-quality business service and solutions. It makes sales a very exciting venture."

"Ray is absolutely on target," according to Richard Stroup, CEO of E5 Systems. "E5 Systems specializes in fitting the right solution to the problem. Ray's wide-ranging experience will allow him to understand our customers' needs and develop business solutions to make them highly-successful."

Firsching has led sales and operations teams, built consulting divisions from the ground up, managed large-scale accounts, and defined and developed repeatable business processes for a variety of customers throughout his career. His specific areas of expertise are solution-driven sales and delivery business process reengineering, and program and project planning.

Most recently, he led CSC's Mid-Atlantic Financial Services team in sales and operations in solution design, alliance relationships, proposal development, service delivery, and account expansion. As a Client Executive for Perot Systems, he was responsible for selling a full range of services and solutions and, at EDS, he specialized in solution development and RFP strategy and proposal writing.

E5 Systems is a US-based technology service company which uses web-based technologies to build new systems and transform legacy applications. It was one of the first American-based companies to outsource in China. The company works through on-site and off-site operating models.
