ROX Management Consultants (ROX), a specialized management consulting firm announced today that it will start offering its Construction Transformation Service in Saudi Arabia.
The announcement came after several construction companies complained that they are unable to attract large projects since the preference is usually given to the traditional construction companies Saudi Auger & Binladen.
Zia Shaban, ROX senior Manager, said in an interview that his firm will bring international experts who will work with local companies to dramatically improve the ability to manage larger projects and cut cost. Shaban said that ROX international experience and its experience with the local market will enable the firm to provide tangible results very quickly.
Based on a recent survey, ROX found out that as much as 60% of the project profits are usually eaten out by the company inability to plan, staff and manage the project resources effectively. Such rate is considered very alarming and would lead to disastrous results, Shaban said.
