Exervio Management Consulting partnered with HR Xcel to host a luncheon at Maggiano’s in South Park focusing on Business Process Outsourcing and Relationship Governance in a downturn economy. Ten executives from leading local companies and non-profit organizations attended.
The invitation-only event provided attendees with best practices of factors to consider when making an outsourcing decision, and once made the framework to implement and manage the vendor relationship. Topics during the discussion included calculating the return on investment, current and future state design, vendor selection, change management, and governance. The session concluded with case studies of real world examples where the decision to outsource and subsequent implementation were successful and what specific factors enabled a winning and economical solution.
