IHRDC Secures PetroVietnam Competency Development Consulting Tender

IHRDC, an innovative training and consulting company in the international energy industry, has been awarded a significant contract to develop competency models and provide manpower planning and consulting services to Petro Vietnam.

The scope of work includes the development of skill competency models for 150 upstream professionals (Geology, Geosciences, Petroleum Engineering, Drilling, etc.) and an additional 200 positions covering support and administrative services. IHRDC will also provide consulting services designed to help Petro Vietnam manage their professional staff and assist in the building of a technically competent and efficient organization.

Petro Vietnam is the trading name of The Vietnam National Oil and Gas Group (PVN) (in Vietnamese: Tập đoàn Dầu khí Quốc gia Việt Nam).
