Bench International, a global, milestone-based, performance-driven executive recruiting and consulting firm serving the life sciences industry, has announced that it has acquired TRIOS Search Partners, an executive search and human resources consulting firm specializing in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and healthcare industries. Karen Fulmer, founder and president of TRIOS Search Partners, is joining Bench as a senior vice president. She will help lead Bench's business development and recruiting activities.
Fulmer founded TRIOS Search Partners in 2009. There, she worked with clients ranging from start-ups to large, global pharmaceutical companies to provide strategic staffing, branding and HR consulting support. She started TRIOS after having spent several years as a recruiter in the global staffing group at Pfizer, where she sourced talent for the company's R&D function. Prior to Pfizer, Fulmer worked with Bench for 16 years.
