Ernst & Young LLP today announced that the global Ernst & Young organization was cited as a market leader in Kennedy Consulting Research & Advisory's Finance Management Consulting Marketplace 2011-2014 report due to its financial management capabilities. The Kennedy report recognized Ernst & Young as a "Vanguard" Finance Management Consulting practice, which is a reflection of the depth and breadth of the organization's capabilities, its current state of service offerings, and its momentum in the marketplace.
Kennedy evaluated 10 providers, including the Big Four, across various segments of the finance management consulting market. Each provider was evaluated on its finance strategy, finance and accounting processes, regulatory expertise, and reporting and analytics. Ernst & Young was the only provider to be given "outstanding" ratings for Finance Strategy & Vision, Finance Function Organization, and Finance & Accounting Processes capabilities.
