Capgemini Recognized at JDA FOCUS 2011 with Alliance Partner Leadership Award

Capgemini, one of the world’s foremost providers of consulting, technology and outsourcing services, has announced it has received two prestigious JDA Alliance Partner Leadership Awards at the JDA FOCUS 2011 in Orlando, Fla. in early May. These first annual awards recognize excellence in working with JDA Software Group, Inc., a leading global supplier of supply chain management solutions and services.

“We are delighted to receive these awards, which are testament to our strength in global supply chain management within the consumer products and retail sectors,” said Brian Girouard, vice president, Global Consumer Products, Retail & Distribution Leader for Capgemini.

“These awards recognize the success of Capgemini’s Integrated Planning and Execution Framework for customers using JDA Software,” added Ben Pivar, vice president and North America Supply Chain Leader, who received the award for Capgemini in the Americas.

The awards are also an acknowledgement of the success that JDA, Capgemini and its joint customers enjoyed during 2010 as a result of partnering activities. During the conference, two of the partners’ joint clients received JDA Real Results Awards in the Implementation of the Year and Best in Demand Management categories.

“We have worked closely with Capgemini for a number of years, driving significant transformation initiatives with our joint clients to deliver real business results,” said Mark Nation, group vice president, global alliances, JDA Software. “We are pleased to recognize Capgemini for their performance and look forward to extending our joint successes to many more clients in the years to come.”
