Local Consultant Presents Keynote Speech at Conference in Seattle

Exervio Management Consulting is proud to recognize Jeremy Klingel, Manager in the Process Excellence practice, for his contribution to the 11th Annual Signature Customer Service and Support Professionals Conference and Expo in Seattle. The conference was held on September 14th and 15th and focused on "A New Way of Thinking About Service and Support."
