The Atlantic Financial Consulting team is pleased to announce Carl Covington as supervisor of client care quality and compliance. This pivotal position is charged with ensuring AFC client satisfaction and monitoring client progress within the program. Carl’s extensive, 22 year background in management and process improvement combined with 'Lean Six Sigma' process re-engineering training and client care along with debt consulting experience provides a strong foundation to address client satisfaction and completion of the program.
Carl officially retired in 2007 from EDS (now an HP company), a leading global technology service provider. In regard to his return to the workforce, Carl said, “I wanted to return to an agile, family-oriented company, committed to delivering excellence every moment of the day. Working on behalf of Atlantic Financial Consulting, I work everyday with like-minded people who are committed to helping America overcome debt one family at a time.”
Carl will report directly to the director of operations.
