Jeanne Bradford Joins Consulting Firm TCGen, Inc.

TCGen, Inc announced today that Jeanne Bradford has joined the Silicon Valley based management consulting firm. Bradford has been a business and technology leader across a broad range of high tech companies over her twenty-five year career. She has led global organizations to deliver compelling products and technologies for some of the Fortune 500's leading companies, including Apple, Cisco and AOL. As a results-driven leader, Bradford has a proven track record in building lean, global teams that deliver high value. Her strengths & expertise include product roadmap execution, remote development, product development best practices, and program management. She earned a MBA from Santa Clara University and a BA in mathematics from the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO.

She has had unique experience in managing change by measuring behavior by using predictive metrics to provide rapid course corrections in large scale change programs. Furthermore Jeanne is developing new applications of Web 2.0 and social networking tools for increasing innovation and improving product definition.
