Information Management Consulting Firm InOutsource Named One of South Jersey’s Fastest Growing Companies

InOutsource, a leading provider of records retention and information management consulting to law firms, announced today that it has been named one of South Jersey’s fastest growing private companies by the Philadelphia Business Journal. This is the second year in a row the company has appeared in the ranking.

“Despite the downturn in the economy, law firms still place considerable value on sound records management practices,” said Nancy Beauchemin, President of InOutsource. “We have been there for our clients, providing advice and support to help them effectively manage and store their important information.”

To be considered a finalist for the top 25 fastest growing ranking, companies must be located in the eight-county South Jersey region. They must have a three-year sales history with an increase in fiscal 2007 and had sales at or above $75,000 in fiscal 2005. Researchers at the Rohrer College of Business at Rowan University rank the top 25 performers based on their percentage increase in sales from 2006 through 2008.

InOutsource experts provide records management consulting and project management services to help law firms and corporate legal departments ensure information is properly retained and protected to mitigate risk, and preserve client confidentiality. The company provides consultation and support for: analysis of a firm’s current systems, processes and staff; the development of retention policies and procedures that are legally compliant and fit the unique needs of a firm; and implementation of conflicts, workflow, docketing, document and records management systems. In addition, through the company’s Merger Readiness Consulting Services, the experts at InOutsource help firms establish the framework they need to perform conflicts due diligence and address issues as they arise during the process of merging, acquiring other firms, or hiring lateral attorneys.
