Thomas & Herbert Consulting LLC (T&H) announced today that the Firm has established its Board of Advisors. The esteemed Board includes Mr. Randolph (Rand) Blazer, former President and CEO of BearingPoint and current President and Chief Operating Officer of Apex Systems; Mr. Willie Davis, Co-Founder of Birch & Davis and current President of Davis Executive Associates; Mr. J. Richard (Rick) Knop, founder of Windsor Group and current Head of International Investment Banking for BB&T Capital Markets; and Mr. Darryl Moody, former Partner with KPMG and current Partner with Computer Science Corporation. The Board will advise T&H on corporate strategy, growth, finance, mergers and acquisitions and other matters vital to the continued success of the company. T&H's CEO Rodney Thomas will serve as Chairman of the Board, and the Firm's President and COO Deana Herbert will also serve on the Board.
