Ken Conway, CPA, Joins Wise Consulting Associates, Inc. as Workday Principal Consultant

Wise Consulting Associates, Inc., a leading consulting firm specializing in HR/Payroll technology, implementation and support, announced today that Ken Conway, CPA, has joined the firm as Workday Principal Consultant. Conway brings over 25 years of global operations and consulting leadership experience. As Wise Consulting continues to expand its strategic Workday partnership, Conway will be instrumental in helping deliver the Workday on-demand HCM solutions to clients across all industries.

Prior to joining Wise Consulting, Conway was Director of Business Services for Convergys HR Management. In this role, Conway led a wide array of HR outsourcing and consulting engagements by developing strategy and partnering with cross-functional members of global Fortune 500 clients world-wide. His areas of responsibility included supporting Global Sales Pursuit activities that resulted in three of the largest wins in the HRBPO industry totaling $2.5B in sales revenue as well as providing client cost reductions of 8-10% over three years defined through Six Sigma methodology. Conway's global client footprint included work in Europe, Asia and South America.

Prior to joining Convergys, Conway was the Assistant Vice President, U.S. Payroll Operations for Aon where he was responsible for $392M in gross payroll for 30 corporations in 44 states. Other roles included Consulting Manager for PeopleSoft where Conway was named "Outstanding Consulting Manager" and "Outstanding Professional Services Manager" in 2001 and 2000 respectively.

Mr. Conway holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Maryland College Park and a C.P.A. for the State of Maryland. He has been a National Member of the American Payroll Association since 1995 and a Member of the Best Practices Subcommittee of the Large Employer Task Force for the APA.
