SD Retail Consulting (formerly Senn Delaney Retail Consulting) today announced the addition of David Marcus and Ilene Klein as retail consulting services leaders to further strengthen the company’s Canadian practice.
Mr. Marcus has a 20+ year career in retailing and retail services, which includes senior executive positions with Forzani Group, Canada’s largest sporting goods retailer, Descartes Systems Group, a leader in logistics and supply chain systems, Novator Systems, a provider of e-commerce systems, and SAP Canada. Mr. Marcus has also led retail consulting and service practices with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, formerly Coopers & Lybrand, Accenture, IBM and, most recently, Empathica, an international provider of customer experience management services and solutions.
Ms. Klein joins SD Retail with over 15 years of retail and consulting experience, including Holt Renfrew and Deloitte. She has helped bring about significant uplift in sales and margin for clients through improved service models, workforce management, store execution, training, change management and overall cost containment.
