Batrus Hollweg International (BHI), the leading human capital consulting firm, has announced the addition of Chloe J. Lemelle, Ph.D. to the BHI Executive Consulting team. The promotion was announced by Ashley Hollweg, Ph.D., Vice President, Executive Consulting for BHI.
As a member of the Executive Consulting team, Lemelle's primary focus will be on talent management at the executive level. In addition to assessing executive talent, she will also be providing development feedback and coaching, facilitating team building activities, and examining organizational talent issues. Lemelle has been with BHI for over four years and was a member of the firm's Talent Solutions Team prior to being promoted to her current position.

Lemelle's professional experience also includes work as an executive services contractor for several firms in the I/O Consulting Sector. She earned both a Ph.D. and M.S. degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Texas at Arlington. She also earned her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Louisiana State University.
