DeVERE Insulation Sees 34% Sales Improvement with Buan Consulting Custom CRM Solution for Construction Sub-Contractors

Buan Consulting today announced that it successfully implemented a custom construction CRM solution based on salesforce.com for DeVERE Insulation. DeVERE Insulation is "Maryland`s Largest Independent Insulation Contractor", providing residential, commercial, retrofit and spray foam insulation. DeVERE Insulation knew they were being limited in their ability to manage their bid/bid results pipeline since their current system relied on 3x5 cards and bins of information to manage and report. Their business consists of five different branch locations through the mid-Atlantic, with no ability to collaborate or coordinate follow-up, making it extremely difficult to vet a bidding process to ensure they were not bidding against their own yards.

Buan Consulting proposed a custom CRM solution that would address all of DeVERE`s current issues and provide complete visibility into the bid pipeline. The solution also included integration with the sales reps BlackBerry`s to receive new bid requests, allowing them respond in a more timely manner. DeVERE began the process by implementing the custom solution at one location, with plans to expand the program to their other four locations.
