AC Lordi Consulting and Peopleflex Accounting Professionals, leading providers of accounting and risk management consulting and staffing services, announced today the promotion of accomplished accounting executive Frank Lordi to chief executive officer for the combined operations. He replaces former CEO John Rapchinski, who remains an investor in the firm.

AC Lordi and Peopleflex have also announced a restructuring of operations. Their unique two-firm model has been a key differentiator in the companies’ success and will remain unchanged. Peopleflex will continue to focus on search and staffing for finance and accounting positions, and will combine its West Chester and Philadelphia offices to more closely integrate the sales and delivery of services and create a more cohesive team to serve the broader region. AC Lordi will operate under two service lines: Accounting Services and Risk Management Services (formerly Internal Audit and IT Audit). The holding company, formerly known as Carpathia Corporation, has been renamed AC Lordi Corporation. The firms’ evolution over the past 8 years has included expansion into the Dallas and San Francisco metropolitan areas, delivery of more than 1 million hours of accounting and audit services and placement of over 1000 people into permanent positions with some of the world’s most respected companies.
Frank Lordi founded Lordi Consulting LLC, the basis for AC Lordi Consulting, in 2001 and co-developed its industry-leading Sarbanes-Oxley compliance methodology while overseeing client initiatives for some of the nation's most well-known companies, including Crown Holdings, GlaxoSmithKline, Towers Perrin, and Unisys. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University.
