Ernst & Young has appointed Dale Nijoka to lead its Global Oil & Gas practice. Nijoka has spent more than 28 years working within the Oil & Gas sector at Ernst & Young with a wide range of international clients. He has particular experience in coordinating large multinational internal and external audit functions, advising on merger and acquisition accounting, SEC reporting matters and offering documents, and assisting in debt restructuring and corporate reorganizations. He is the global coordinating partner for ConocoPhillips, and serves as an independent reviewing partner and senior advisory leader for several other major oil and gas clients.
