Quality Assurance Expert Debbie Russell Joins CastleBay Consulting

CastleBay Consulting Corporation, a consulting services firm specializing in providing high impact consulting services to the property & casualty insurance market, today announced that Debbie Russell has joined the company’s quality assurance team. In her new position, Russell will focus on expanding CastleBay’s quality assurance practice and providing CastleBay clients a wide variety of quality management services.

In addition to her tenure as an independent consultant, Russell was most recently a consultant with BearingPoint working as a technology analyst and quality assurance specialist. Prior to BearingPoint, Debbie also worked in various quality assurance roles with the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) and as a business analyst with their eServices group.
