EntryPoint Consulting, LLC announces the addition of a new Vice President and Practice Leader to the firm, Raymond Russ.

Ray joined EntryPoint Consulting as a member of their senior leadership team. His immediate responsibilities will be as Vice President of the Central Region and will also serve as Practice Lead for EntryPoint's manufacturing vertical solution, in addition to overseeing the CRM Practice. He has been focused on the enterprise software business for over 15 years - both as a client and consulting partner. His background is deep in both consulting and industry experience. Over the last 10 years, Ray has worked with ERP systems in Practice Development, Engagement Management, Project and Program Management and functional consulting roles. He is highly respected by clients and colleagues for his business knowledge and logical thinking, combined with an unparalleled depth of knowledge of SAP solutions across maintenance, production, customer service and logistics business functions.

Ray has extensive consulting qualifications in the areas of business operations management, customer relationship management, best practices transformation, ERP, supply chain management, IT operations and the design and implementation of large scale systems integration projects within North America and Europe.

Formerly, Ray was the Managing Director of the SAP Center of Excellence for a Midwest-based professional services firm where he worked to establish his previous company as one of the leading SMB channel partners for SAP. Prior to that position, Ray served as Director of the SAP CRM Practice for a respected global professional services firm where he developed integrated service offerings, combining managed services, consulting and development across the globe.
