Ruby Tuesday, a casual dining restaurant chain, has selected human capital consulting firm Batrus Hollweg International to provide assistance with the selection of team members from the growing number of candidates for management opportunities at the company.
Ruby Tuesday has said that Batrus Hollweg International will provide it with restaurant industry competency models and identify attributes and capabilities that match the company's brand vision. It will also pinpoint factors that can be used as levers for organizational change.
Rob LeBoeuf, senior vice president and chief people officer for Ruby Tuesday, said: "We are partnering with Batrus Hollweg International to identify prospective team members who are not only qualified and capable but who will also love their job, fit in with the company culture, and grow and flourish in their work environment."
