International product development firm, Cambridge Consultants was today awarded the UK's most prestigious business accolade, the Queen's Award for Enterprise in the International Trade category. The award reflects the company's success and growth in its core market, the USA.
The company, which celebrates 50 years of business next year, has offices in both Boston, Massachusetts and Cambridge, UK, and is part of the Altran Group, a leader in Innovation Consulting. In 2008, exports accounted for more than 70% of the company's business, an achievement based on its reputation for helping clients - from start-ups to blue-chip multinationals - get their products to market fast and gain real competitive advantage.
