Management Consultancy MainStream GS Organizes for Growth and Customer Success

MainStream GS, a leading management consulting firm serving the public sector with continuous process improvement (CPI) and program management services, today announced the appointment of Alan Horowitz as president and plans to introduce a new customer care program across all of their public sector customers. MainStream GS also announced the appointment of Joseph Patten as chairman of MainStream GS. Patten also currently serves as managing partner of MainStream Holdings and has a distinguished career as a corporate CEO of several successful companies and has engineered over 18 corporate turnarounds.

Horowitz was previously senior vice president of public sector programs at MainStream GS and is a 25+ year veteran of the public sector consulting business including 17 years as a key member of Microsoft's public sector leadership team. Joining Horowitz on MainStream GS' leadership team are deep industry experts. Thomas Cluley, a 30 year industry expert in Lean and CPI, leads the firm's strategic consulting approach and methodologies. Max Smith, a 30 year industry veteran, serves as vice president of operations and Kali Mistry, serves as vice president of Air Force programs and has over 35 years of CPI experience.

With his appointment as president, Horowitz has announced a renewed commitment to MainStream GS customers with the launch of a customer care program.
