Insight Communications, a provider of high-speed internet, and video services, has renewed its contract for Convergys's relationship management solutions for another three years.
Convergys has said that with its BSS solution, Insight will continue to collect revenue from video, high-speed data, and telephony customers via a single platform. It will also have the ability to launch new marketing campaigns and targeted advanced service offerings.
Bob Lento, president of global information management at Convergys, said: "Full-service communication providers such as Insight Communications rely on a BSS solution that effectively helps them manage the relationships they have with their customers. Convergys' BSS solution will continue to help Insight Communications generate value from its customer relationships by providing a single view of the customer and serving as the launch pad for new, advanced services."
