Initially, the alliance will combine Huron’s almost 1,000 domestic document review stations and UnitedLex’s 600 Indian-based seats for a completely integrated discovery operation for both process and delivery. Huron will work closely with UnitedLex to offer fully scalable document review solutions to companies worldwide.
The multi-shore capabilities of the Huron-UnitedLex alliance will deliver unprecedented cost-savings in discovery matters. In addition, the alliance will be jointly developing new offerings in the areas of intellectual property assets and patents, contract management, and immigration processing services.

Upon client requests, Huron will utilize UnitedLex’s India personnel and facilities while maintaining sole management of client projects and use of Huron’s products and services.
When providing multi-shore solutions for clients, Huron will capitalize on the competencies of each firm to offer superior document review services, and combined expertise related to the new offerings focused on contracts, immigration, and patents.
