Panorama Consulting Group Announces Merger with TPG Solutions, New CEO/CFO, and Name Change

Panorama Consulting Group, the global leader in independent enterprise resource planning (ERP) consulting, today announced its merger with TPG Solutions, a division of The Prescott Group, LLC, a private firm specializing in IT strategy, business strategy and IT staffing solutions. Panorama Consulting Group is now known as Panorama Consulting Solutions, a division of The Prescott Group, LLC, and is overseen by Eric Kimberling, president and chairman of the board, Calvin Hamler, Panorama’s newly named chief executive officer and chief financial officer, and Portia Prescott, managing member.

“Panorama’s merger with TPG Solutions will broaden and strengthen our ERP and IT services for clients around the world and continue our upward trajectory and rapid growth in the consulting market,” said Kimberling. “While Panorama’s focus will remain on ERP systems – including ERP software selection, ERP implementation and organizational change management consulting – we look forward to expanding our global footprint by adding IT staffing, software development and technology strategy to our list of service offerings.”

As part of the initiative, both companies soon will physically merge in Denver to jointly serve clients in the United States, Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and the Middle East. Panorama will continue to serve clients under its own name and brand.

“It is incredibly exciting to join ranks with Panorama during such a profound evolution,” said Hamler. “This merger not only makes sense from synergistic and fiscal standpoints, but it also allows Panorama to significantly augment its customer base by providing ERP services to the government sector, as well as ERP consulting for multinational companies.”

TPG Solutions was founded by Prescott in 2009 to provide technological and tactical recruitment strategies for clients including Xcel Energy, Vail Resorts, Inc. and RTL Networks.

“TPG Solutions has built our reputation by offering groundbreaking IT strategy and staffing capabilities to a worldwide roster of clients,” said Prescott. “It is extremely rewarding to merge with another Denver consulting firm that also has made IT industry leadership a priority. The combination of our core knowledge bases, competencies and teams allows us to address even more of our clients’ needs and to ensure the highest levels of benefits realization for all of their IT projects.”
