Slalom Consulting Grows Revenue 46 Percent, Surpasses 1,000 Employees and Announces New York Expansion

Slalom Consulting, one of the country's premier business consulting and technology solutions firms, today reported record revenue of $209 million for the year ended December 31, 2010, an increase of 46 percent compared to 2009.

"We had a phenomenal year," said John Tobin, Slalom's co-founder and national general manager. "I couldn't be happier with our team's performance. As our clients came out of the recession, we really stepped up and delivered on our mission to help our clients win on their most strategic initiatives."

"I am thrilled to see the aggressive investments we are making in building solutions that will help our Fortune 500 clients implement their strategies," said Brad Jackson, Slalom's CEO. "We are truly creating a one-of-a-kind business model where our clients, employees, families, friends, strategic partners and communities all win."

In addition to achieving record setting revenue, Slalom officially surpassed the 1,000 employee milestone during 2010 and is expecting to hire more than 400 new employees in 2011.

Slalom plans to continue its geographic expansion strategy by opening a New York office in 2011. "I am excited to hear that Slalom Consulting is opening their New York office," said Carol Kruse, senior vice president of marketing for ESPN. "During my tenure at The Coca-Cola Company, Slalom always provided great value with their thought leadership and experienced consultants. I look forward to seeing them grow in New York as they have in the other markets they serve. "
