Toshiba Launches Industry Consulting Panel Aimed at Collecting New Perspectives on an Evolving Industry

Toshiba has a strong reputation for partnering with customers to acquire feedback on how the company can continue to offer products and services that best meet the market’s needs. Toshiba is once again showing its commitment to customer partnerships by introducing its Industry Consulting Panel. Existing customers and prospects can join this panel to learn about online surveys that fit with their interests or expertise. Feedback from these surveys will then be used to get opinions on new technology, identify customer training needs and assess advertising, promotions and trade shows.

“Learning from our customers helps us make better business decisions,” said Cathy Wolfe, senior director, Corporate and Strategic Communications. “We are a research-oriented company, and this Industry Consulting Panel will help us fulfill our mission in the healthcare market.”

Once the participant signs up for the panel and fills out his or her demographic profile, Toshiba will send personalized email invitations with appropriate surveys that match the participant’s areas of interest and expertise. Most surveys take fewer than 10 minutes to complete and are about topics such as new technology, current events affecting the diagnostic imaging industry and brand awareness. Participants who opt in to the panel receive an honorarium for each survey that they complete.

I am glad to hear that Toshiba is taking such a pro-active approach to improve customers service quality. We have 2 Toshiba MRIs in my clinic, and I have been most pleased with their products. Keep up the good work. Is their a video, DVD, etc. that gives a good overview of the program?
