A.T. Kearney's procurement practice unit, A.T. Kearney Procurement & Analytic Solutions (ATKPAS), joins forces with Cleveland-based Union Partners. The strategic alliance calls for A.T. Kearney's Leveraged Sourcing Network (LSN) and CoVest, LP (a unit of Union Partners) to cooperate in their operational, marketing and management efforts. A.T. Kearney will be a member in the CoVest partnership, and ATKPAS will support the venture with strategic sourcing capabilities and related technologies. A.T. Kearney and Union Partners will jointly provide the consortium offering to A.T. Kearney's consulting and CoVest's private equity firm client base.

The CoVest Sourcing Network leverages members' purchasing power in over thirty indirect materials and services categories such as office supplies, office equipment, temporary labor, and MRO categories. CoVest, LP is a unit of Union Partners, a Cleveland-based private equity and performance acceleration firm.
