In this role, Maarten will lead a team to drive substantial operational and behavioral change for oil and gas companies resulting in sustainable financial improvement.

His industry experience includes time with three industry leaders where he held various roles in operational strategy and business development. His consulting experience spans the entire value chain and multiple continents.

Maarten was previously Director of Global Partnerships with GE Oil & Gas Inc. where he was responsible for long term relationships with oil and gas companies. Before joining GE Oil & Gas, he worked in multiple roles during an extensive international career with Royal Dutch Shell and Repsol. Additionally, during his career Maarten also served as a partner in an international consultancy firm. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from the Technical University Delft and an MBA from Erasmus/Wharton.
