Association of Management Consulting Firms (AMCF) Announces Winners of the 2012 AMCF Awards

The Association of Management Consulting Firms is pleased to announce the winners of the inaugural AMCF Awards, which celebrate excellence in management consulting. The AMCF Awards spotlight the most innovative and effective consulting projects done over the past year, as chosen by an independent panel of judges.

“AMCF award winners have made important contributions to the consulting industry, and we recognize them as innovators and exemplary performers,” said John Furth, President and CEO of AMCF. “These consulting teams represent a tremendous force in helping companies find sustainable solutions to critical challenges across industries.”

Awards were given out in ten categories: Business Strategy, Change Management, Finance and Risk Management, Customer Engagement, Human Capital, Operational Performance, Corporate Social Responsibility/ Environmental, Transaction/Event-Driven, Technology Transformation, and Developing Markets. An independent, unbiased panel of judges assessed the quality of each submission and rigorously evaluated them against detailed selection criteria. This panel was comprised of well-known, experienced executives from business and government, as well as respected journalists and academics. A full list of judges is available here.

AMCF honored the winners at a gala dinner, In the Spotlight: Celebrating Value & Excellence in Consulting, held at the University Club in New York City.
