Pinkerton Consulting and Investigations today announced that it has acquired the investigative firm Northern Investigative Associates (NIA) in Anchorage, Alaska. NIA is an industry leader in providing investigative services in the State of Alaska for a wide variety of clients.
The acquisition of NIA will strengthen Pinkerton's geographical footprint in the Northwest and allow us to provide direct services to our clients in Alaska. The acquisition is consolidated into Pinkerton Consulting and Investigations as of November 8, 2011.
