ABC International Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. has begun operations in Beijing. The company is the first subsidiary of ABCI registered in the Chinese mainland. It aims to help the business line development in mainland markets of ABCI.
Mr Xiang Junbo, Chairman of Agricultural Bank of China Limited said that, as a comprehensive operating platform for investment banking businesses of ABC in Hong Kong, ABCI can engage in direct investment, corporate finance, securities brokerage, asset management and other investment banking services. Since its opening, ABCI has been offering comprehensive package services to domestic and overseas enterprises, creating a unique business model and service brand.
The Company, the representative institution of ABCI in the mainland with the focus on investment consulting business, will help ABCI to fully develop the mainland investment banking business. Mr Xiang Junbo believed that with full support of all walks of life, the Company will usher in a bright future; and ABCI will embrace further development in providing better integrated services and achieve mutual benefit and growth together with customers.
