This new release enables customers to configure the system to meet their unique requirements while improving communications processes. Release 4 of Electronic Invoicing will be officially launched at the Deltek Insight 2011 User Conference, which takes place May 16 through May 19, in Nashville, TN.
New features include User Defined Columns, Main Grid Enhancements, PDF Markup Enhancements, Email Enhancements and Expanded Reporting Options. Release 4 of Electronic Invoicing provides customers with:
Improved Control – Expanded user defined columns allow users to customize Electronic Invoicing placing information immediately at their fingertips.
Expanded Configurability – Customers are now able to freeze columns ensuring precise views tailored to their unique needs. In addition, users can see summary rows and leverage other new configuration options.
Enhanced Invoice Processes – PDF-Markup Enhancements include text and image user-defined stamps such as a check mark or “Approved” stamp. New reports also help customers get access to the information they need to improve their invoicing processes.
Improved Communications – Customers can now configure CCG Email Service to clear, ignore, suspend, or resume emails to ensure communications are timely and accurate.
Electronic Invoicing release 4.0 expands on the proven ability to help organizations streamline and automate the traditionally complex invoice review process. Electronic Invoicing from CCG helps customers like RSP Architects, EMA, Inc. and Birdsall Services Group shorten the A/R cycle, improve invoice tracking, decrease errors and go paperless.
