Vynamic Named One of Consulting Magazine's 'Seven Small Jewels' for 2011

The highly regarded national trade publication for the consulting industry, Consulting magazine, has named the Philadelphia-based healthcare industry management consulting firm, Vynamic, one of its "Seven Small Jewels" for 2011 in its annual feature, which can be accessed on the publication's homepage at www.consultingmag.com.

"Small Jewels" is Consulting's annual feature that highlights seven standout small firms. Management consultancies with fewer than 200 billable consultants are invited to apply. In order to qualify as a "Small Jewel," the bulk of the firm's revenue must be derived from client advisory work in one or more of the following areas: Strategy, Information Technology, Human Resources, Operations Management or Business Advisory Services. Vynamic provides these services to a variety of sectors within the healthcare industry.

In describing why Vynamic was selected among Consulting's highly competitive entries, editor-in-chief Joseph Kornik pointed to the nine-year-old firm's consistent growth in both headcount and revenue. Indeed, the projected number of employees at Vynamic by the end of 2011 will have nearly tripled over the past two years and its revenues will have more than doubled.

"On behalf of the entire Vynamic team, we are thrilled to be recognized for this highly coveted industry honor," said Dan Calista, Vynamic's founder and CEO. "Vynamic was founded in 2002 with a laptop and a dream. That dream was simple – we believe there is a better way," he explained. "As we partner with our clients to deliver great work in an enjoyable, challenging and liberating way, our priority is to grow for our people, not at the expense of our people." Calista emphasizes: "Our objective is to lead healthcare industry change across all of the interwoven industry sectors. We believe it is important to understand how each sector impacts the others. Our healthcare industry knowledge combined with the services we provide to our clients enables us to serve as project leaders and trusted partners."

Calista also acknowledges: "In 2010, we were incredibly proud to be named #4 in Consulting's multi-service Best Small Firms ranking, and we are thrilled to receive this year's 'Small Jewels' recognition. Our team is energized by these recognitions. We're motivated by the work we do. And our clients value the results we deliver."
