Integrated Consulting Announces Corporate Restructuring, Acquisitions and an Expanded Team

Integrated Consulting today announced a corporate restructuring intended to focus the company on revenue growth, improved organizational efficiency and positioning the company for long term profitability. As part of the restructuring and to meet growing client and industry demands, Integrated Consulting has acquired a California based construction management consulting company. Details of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Integrated Consulting has restructured the company into 3 divisions: project management/project controls consulting, construction management, and talent acquisition. Leading the construction management division is Mr. Tom Magill, Executive Vice President of Construction Management. Based on the West Coast, Tom is a seasoned veteran and has extensive background in the construction management industry. He has over 16 years of construction and project management experience with a major oil company. He lead projects in bioremediations, petrochemical turnarounds, unit shut downs, industrial projects and pipelines. In addition, Magill is also certified to conduct Operator Qualification assessments.

Josh Medica, President of Integrated Consulting, says, “We are excited to welcome Tom to Integrated Consulting’s Executive Team.
