Charles F. Hahn, Managing Principal of Baker Newman Noyes, is pleased to announce the principal group's selection of Vinal Doody to be the Director of the firm's Healthcare Management Consulting Division effective immediately.
Paul Letalien, Principal of the firm and Director of the Consulting Services for the past 20 years will devote his time to client service and other firm initiatives.
Paul has been with the firm since 1983 working for our predecessor firms and is one of the founders of BNN. In addition to his role as director, Paul has provided leadership and guidance to the firm as a member of the firm's Management Committee.
Vinal joined Baker Newman Noyes in 1996 after working for many years at Blue Cross and Blue Shield as a federal government Senior Auditor with the Medicare Program. He is a Principal in BNN's Healthcare Management Consulting Division and the Coordinator of the Medicare Reimbursement practice. Vinal specializes in Medicare and third party reimbursement, exceptions, appeals, benchmarking and hospital-based physician reimbursement. He has appeared several times before the CMS Provider Reimbursement Review Board. In addition to his role as Director, Vinal will join the firm's Management Committee. Vinal earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Norwich University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Thomas College. The management and staff of Baker Newman Noyes join Charlie Hahn in congratulating Vinal on his new role and thanking Paul for all he has done and all he will continue to do.
