Walker Named As One of the Consulting Industry's Best Small Firms to Work For

Walker Information, the Indianapolis-based customer strategy consulting firm, was named one of the "Best Small Firms to Work For" by Consulting magazine.

Walker was specifically recognized in the areas of culture and work/life balance. Steve Walker attributes this to the deeply ingrained values instilled in the firm by its founder, Dorothy Walker.

Each year, the editors of Consulting magazine identify the best performing firms in a variety of areas important to the profession and its practitioners. This year drew the largest number of participants with 236 consultancies worldwide. The winners are split into two groups: large firms, who employ at least 500 consultants, and small firms, who employ between 20 and 499 consultants. Walker ranked twelfth overall in the small firms category.
