Neoris Ranks Among the Top 25 SAP Service Providers In Global Business and Outsourcing Services Report

Neoris, one of the fastest growing Business and IT consulting companies in the Global Market, announced today it has once again been recognized as the best Latin American SAP Service Provider in a study by AMR Research.

According to AMR’s recently published “The Top 25 SAP Service Providers” Global Business report, Neoris ranked as the best SAP service provider from Latin America, based on revenue. Neoris also ranked among the top 25 SAP Service Providers around the globe based on revenue and based on Head Count, outperforming its competition in the region in all three categories.

"Neoris is honored to be continually recognized by analysts as the best Latin American company to provide SAP Implementation Services,” said Neoris CEO, Claudio Muruzábal, “Our regional capabilities have allowed us to maintain our well established leadership in Latin America. This presence in Latin America, combined with our global delivery model strategy, places us on par with our international competitors and increasingly accelerates our global expansion.” Muruzábal added, “We have a very strong alliance with SAP. Neoris invests heavily in talent, including an education partnership with SAP for the region. Neoris now includes more than 2,000 consultants — a number that continues to grow as we make investments in Latin America, the US, Europe, the Middle East and beyond.”

The report also highlights Neoris’ clear SAP Implementation expertise in the Retail, Consumer Goods, Transportation and Logistics, Manufacturing and Healthcare Industries to which Mr. Muruzábal added, “Neoris has grown rapidly and is a leading provider of nearshore services to North American clients as well as local services for Latin American clients. But the continued success and strong reputation in the SAP market highlights the need US businesses have for outsourcing services that are world-class, price-competitive, and complemented by business consulting in such fast-growing industries as retail, transportation, and oil and gas.”

The AMR report concludes that mainstream ERP services are still a significant pain point for SAP clients, which offers a long-term opportunity for service providers.

“Our Global Delivery Model, our commitment to our clients’ success and our strong partnership with SAP are key elements in achieving a leadership position among SAP service providers in the world,” said Jose Antonio Hernandez, Neoris’ Global SAP Business Development Program Director. “Neoris is strategically positioned to offer SAP services for traditional ERP implementations, upgrades or AMS, as well as for other pain-points such as Global Rollouts and the increasing demand for SAP Business Intelligence solutions,” Hernandez added.

According to AMR, two related wild cards will determine the makeup of the top 25 five and ten years from now: One is the SMB SAP opportunity and figuring which providers will put together the right combination of cost and focus to profitably address it, and the second wildcard — an important part of cracking the midmarket code — is the development of managed service, SaaS, and BPO offerings with SAP at their core. Service providers that figure out how to do this will reduce their dependence on fleeting labor arbitrage benefits as they move to shared infrastructure, applications, and teams.

“Neoris’ strategy to specialize in SAP new technologies and solutions, on our selected industries, as well as on our onshore/nearshore SAP services delivery model allows us to grow our AMS practice into a BPO offer with a high value-added component for our clients. This offer is the promise we deliver, generating our growth in a sustainable way,” said Jose Antonio Hernandez, Neoris’ Global SAP Business Development Program Director.
