CC Consulting Welcomes Two New Associates to Team

CC Consulting, a leading business and management consulting firm in the northeast, announced the addition of two new associates today: Dianne Lauffer and Julie Ann Geren. Together, the two women have over 35 years of experience in human resource administration, including expertise in benefits, compensation, training and development, recruiting, affirmative action, and employee relations.

A current member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Lauffer's core strengths of relationship building, attention to detail, and resource collaboration have served her well in her career. She began her career in HR at Digital Equipment Corporation where she supported several business units in the engineering segment. Five years after joining M/A-COM, Inc., a Tyco Electronics company, as a compensation analyst, she was promoted to the role of Corporate HR Compliance Specialist where she was charged with company-wide responsibility for affirmative action, immigration and export control, and other compliance matters. Most recently as a Senior HR Compliance Consultant, Lauffer has helped clients navigate a range of HR issues, with a primary focus on affirmative action.

CC Consulting President Celia Couture says, "Dianne's attention to detail and ability to problem solve has resulted in customized solutions that succeed for our clients. We're thrilled to have her on board."

As for Julie Ann Geren, she began her HR career as the National Director of Recruitment for TheraTx, Inc., where she decreased annual placement costs by $400K annually, and as Director of Recruitment and Retention for The May Institute, where she managed daily operations related to the recruitment and retention of permanent and temporary employees in 180+ remote locations. In her most recent position as Director of Human Resources for William A. Berry & Son, Inc., one of the oldest builders in the U.S., she oversaw the delivery of all human resource services, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation administration, performance management, change management, and decision support. In her current position as an HR Consultant, Geren has defined and delivered human resource management strategies that meet her clients' long-term business goals.

Regarding Geren, who is also a member of SHRM as well as the Northeast Human Resource Association, Couture says, "What I love about Julie Ann is her proven track record in delivering strategic HR business solutions with measureable impact. I consider myself lucky to have her as one of my associates."
