TTG Consultants Expands, Doubles in Year, Adds Exec VP Brad Taft

Dave Bowman, chairman and owner of TTG Consultants/Arbora, with seven offices in California and a recently-opened one in Phoenix, Arizona, has signed nationally-recognized expert and author Brad Taft to join the Phoenix branch.

"This marks the doubling in our expansion of TTG's number of offices and employees during the past year," states Bowman, who also is president of the International Association of Career Consulting Firms.

Taft, as executive vice-president, serves with Gene Krohn and Rosanna Kent at the Arizona headquarters, 1440 East Missouri Avenue, Suite C185. During his career he has been an executive with Korn/Ferry International and three other international senior level consulting firms. He keynotes and delivers workshops on a variety of employment topics.

Books Taft has authored include "Boom or Bust! New Career Strategies in a New America - The Career Management Guide for Baby Boomers and Beyond," and "Return of the Boomers - a Leader's Guide to Using the Resources of the Maturing Workforce for a Competitive Advantage."

Taft received a B.A. in Communications and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California. He holds the highest certification designations in the human resources and career consulting fields: Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Career Management Fellow (CMF).

Taft observes, "Obviously it is a privilege and opportunity to become a part of one of the world's fastest-growing companies in the important field of guiding women and men into the best career situations for them."
