HealthCare Information Management, Inc. (HCIM) Continues Participation in TriZetto's Certified Service Partner Program

HealthCare Information Management, Inc. (HCIM), a nationally recognized and certified managed care information technology consulting services and software firm, announced today that it has renewed its partnership with The TriZetto Group, Inc. in TriZetto’s Certified Service Partner Program (CSPP). The CSPP is an innovative outcomes-driven program that trains and certifies business partners in best-practice implementations and use of TriZetto’s QNXT™, FACETS®, CareAdvance Enterprise® and NetworX Suite® systems. HCIM is currently TriZetto-certified on the QNXT products.

“HCIM is thrilled to renew its partnership with TriZetto’s Certified Service Partner Program,” said Jeffrey M. Hall, Sr. Vice President and Group Director of Consulting Services at HCIM. Mr. Hall observed that participation in TriZetto’s CSPP continues HCIM’s successful relationship with TriZetto. “Our continued partnership with TriZetto allows HCIM to uphold our core corporate philosophy of providing only trained and certified consulting resources who possess practical managed care knowledge and claims operations experience, coupled with the high-quality standards and best practices that TriZetto clients have come to expect.”

“In the highly competitive market of healthcare consulting, a consultant that achieves TriZetto’s professional certification has demonstrated that it possesses the highest measurable level of application knowledge required to properly implement and configure TriZetto’s core systems and related products,” said Sam Kellerhals, Vice President, Consulting Services, at TriZetto. “We encourage all of our customers to only use TriZetto-certified consultants to ensure they receive current, complete and accurate TriZetto product knowledge.”

HCIM’s Hall further explains that the company will continue to provide its consulting staff with the necessary and requisite ongoing education demanded by today’s healthcare payers and administrators. Hall added, “As trusted advisors to the payer industry, an HCIM colleague who earns and maintains TriZetto’s professional certification clearly differentiates his or her knowledge and skill set from the hundreds of other staffing and consulting firm consultants who may only possess limited payer system knowledge and experience.”
