Penna Consulting Plc, a human resources consulting group, has acquired the business and certain assets of Barkers Group Limited for a cash consideration of GBP8.6 million from the administrators of BNB Recruitment Solutions PLC. All the companies are based in the UK.
Both Barkers Group and BNB Recruitment are providers of recruitment solutions, recruitment consultancy, and outsourcing solutions.
The acquisition will be funded from Penna's existing cash and working capital facilities.
Hawkpoint Partners is acting as financial advisor to Penna Consulting.
