Keane Acquires BearingPoint's Commercial Business in North America

Keane, Inc. has acquired a portion of the North American commercial business of BearingPoint, Inc., a provider of management and technology consulting services. Both the companies are based in the US.

Keane is a provider of outsourcing and information technology consulting services.

Announcement (July 8, 2009);

Keane has entered into an asset purchase agreement to acquire a portion of the North American commercial business of BearingPoint.

The transaction is expected to be finalized by mid July 2009.
