Technology Practice Management (TPM) Is Launched at IASA

DiMantova & Associates (D&A), a provider of IT-related consulting services to the insurance industry, has created a new business category -- Technology Practice Management (TPM) -- to define its service portfolio. TPM is a discipline that combines process methodologies with true management to assure the success of technology-related projects. TPM comprises three practice areas: system implementation, process re-engineering, and management consulting.
